cell corners

I see that there is a way of using the default settings to make rounded
corners in FP 2003.

When I try this I am not able to use the item. After reading the help file
under - "Set the corner and shadow properties for a layout cell". I still
can not figue out how to do it.

Anyone with a suggestion.
