The choice of cell fill color (format) conversion from Excel 2007 to Excel
2003~97 format can be unpredictable for regular users. The biggest problem
and complaints I have from users after upgrade is that the color emerald
(light green) from standard color set in 2007 when save in the previous
office format, it will be convert to yellow instead of light green. Consider
that green shade color such as emerald is very commonly use and often as a
tool for highlight, the choice of color conversion is both strange and
confusing. I have create a little color comparison between the different
standard set of colors in 2007 and found some of the most confusing color
conversion. The problem is mainly in the previous version of excel, you have
a choice of only 40 colors to choose from, the limit had been remove.
