Cell Movement

This is most peculiar. The active cell should move when
the directional arrow keys are pressed. Some how the
spread sheet is scrolling left and right, up and down when
the directional keys are pressed.

Does any one know how the use did this so I can correct it?

Sounds like Scroll Lock is on (SCRL is displayed at the bottom right corner of
the screen).
Press Scroll Lock on the keyboard to turn it off.
