cell pattern displays but will not print

Hello,
I am trying to format a spreadsheet using colors and patterns. The colors
come out fine, but when I add a pattern to the color it only prints the color
without the pattern. When I check print pre-view, the pattern is displayed.
Can anyone help out here please? Thank you
