Cell references are all numeric 2007

Excell 2007 has decided to have cell references all numeric. I get R1C1
instead of A1. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Should work as follows:
in Tools -> Options -> General check the box for reference style (this works
for Excel 2002, 2007 should be similar)

In 2007 it's under the Office Button>Excel Options>Formulas>Working with
formulas, uncheck R1C1 reference style
