cell widths contract when published

I created a table in Microsoft Front Page... I have placed the appropriate
Names, address etc. in the individual cells, rows, columns etc. looks fine
in the design mode, but when 1) viewed in IE browser and /or published to my
website then viewed in IE browser, two of the wider columns no longer look
right. It cuts off most of the text. The Columns are shrinking or
collapsing to a smaller width.
Note: I did hard check the width to a specific size... but it seems to
ignore it.

How can I fix this problem?
The info is membership information that my members need to view.

Do you have a URL that we can look at? Although you hard coded the width
you may need to add some bank spaces to the cells (or a transparent spacer
image) to keep them in place.
