Is it possible to put 2 lines of data in one cell?

Also, I have a spreadsheet containing names and addresses as well as other data. How can I copy the name and address columns only and make labels.

Actually, several ways -- assuming the data is text. If you do want to
create a line break you can type either Control+Option+Return or
Command+Option+Return. OTOH, if you want the data to simply wrap based on
the wir\dth of the cell use Format> Cells> Alignment - Wrap Text.

Just make sure that it's absolutely necessary if you use the line break --
multiple lines of content in a single cell can be quite limiting &
counterproductive.

As for your second point: If you want to create labels for a variety of
records you'd be best of using Word to do a data merge with the Excel file
as your record source. See Word Help on the topic:

Create mailing labels by using mail merge
