Center controls on Access 2007 Tab Form

Thanks in advance for your help.

Does code exist that will center controls (Horizontally and vertically) on a
form in tab view. So basically if access is opened in max view and the tab
form is open all the form controls will be smack in the middle. If the
environment is resized then the controls would stay centered.
