What I am trying to do is center numbers horizontaly and vericaly on avery
labels 5366.

Look at the Table properties.

Labels are automatically formatted as vertically centered. Center them
horizontally using Ctrl+E. If this is a mail merge document, note that Word
may add extra empty paragraphs (for reasons unknown). You'll need to remove
these before the label content appears vertically centered.
