Centered text moves right in inserted textbox files

Bernie

I have created drawings in Word 2002, and annotated them
with text boxes where the text is centered. When I later
insert one of those drawings into another Word 2002
document, the text in the boxes has moved to the right,
often disappearing out the edge of the box. Copy and paste
gives the same result.

Any idea how to fix this or work around, other than
manually reformatting each box after inserting the drawing?

Thanks for any help you can offer

It sounds as if the text has a left indent. Perhaps the style in the
document you're pasting into has been given a left indent?
