Centering Smart Art

Is there a way to center SmartArt between the margins? I've looked everywhere I can think of, but nothing wants to make the whole SmartArt object center on the margins.

SmartArt Objects are most likely being inserted as In Line with Text, so the
object is treated a though it were a large character in a paragraph. To be
sure, select the object then look at the Wrapping section of the Formatting
Palette.If it is just hit the Align Center button.

Other possibilities exist if you go into the Format> Shape dialog & select
Layout.
