Central Administration in a NLB environment

Hello all,

as described in some deployment guides from MS it is recommended that the
central administration will reside on only one server (if you have 2
AppServer in NLB-mode).
My question now:
If the server which is hosting the central administration is crashing what
will you do to get the C.A. back online?

Is it possible to start the C.A. service on both of the 2 AppServers?
