Central Management of Outlook Free/Busy times

I want to centralize management of Outlook Free/Busy times
in our Outlook 2000 / Exchange 2000 environment. Is there
a tool available for this? I've searched at several sites
like slipstick etc. but wasn't able to find something. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!

The free/busy publication interval is controlled by a registry entry (not sure which, but shouldn't take you long to explore and find it), which IIRC can in turn be controlled by a group policy.
