Centring text...

Geoffrey Sneddon

I have the following:

9
7

8 6
| '---.

| .---'

4
5
3

@

2 1

I need that to be centred, but without the positioning of each character
moving, is this possible?

The simplest way is to just use a mono-spaced font, such as Courier New. If
for some reason you need to use a proportional font, it could probably be
done with a (somewhat complicated) Table using no borders.

Should be doable, though I don't read ngs in mono-spaced font and so don't
really know what your column is supposed to look like. I think the most
straightforward way would be to select the entire column, go to Format |
Paragraph, and set a deep left indent to move the whole thing inward.
