Certain e-mail senders go directly to my Junk E-Mail folder

Some of my E-mail correspondence goes directly into my Junk E-Mail folder. I
cannot click on the 'This is not Spam' button because it is not highlighted.
It is neither Junk nor Spam and I want it to go into my inbox. How do I
accomplish this?

This only happens with 2 of my contacts, both with @yahoo.com e-mail
addresses.

Because what exactly is not highlighted?
You can manually add the addresses to your Safe Senders list in the Safe
Senders tab in Junk E-Mail Options.
