Certain emails returned

I sent out about 400 emails to real estate associates. About a dozen came
back with the following explaination: "The user does not accept email in
non-Western (non-Latin) character sets." The font I use is Arial, or New
Times Roman. Can anyone explain exacly what this message means and why this
handful out of so many can't be delivered? I have emailed to this same group
before and the same ones come back as undeliverable.

Thanks for any help.

Have a look in:
Tools-->Options-->Mail Format-->Fonts-->International Fonts.
I would expect it to have 'Western European" selected there.
What does this one show?
