Certain Exchange Info Not Visible

I have access to colleagues' calendars when I am on Outlook at work but cannot see them in Entourage at home. Similarly, the shared "global" contacts list is not available in Entourage. Anyone know how I can access this information?

How do you connect to your colleague's calendar? Are you using
Delegation or Shared Folders? What works in Outlook at work isn't any
guarantee that this will work in Entourage at home. You're connecting
from two different locations using two different applications.

The Global Address List (GAL) cannot be browsed when connected to an
Outlook Web Access (OWA) server, however, you can search for names
within it using an AppleScript that I have provided here:
