Certain project tasks lock the My Tasks view

I am having this issue, on certain projects, certain tasks are screwing-up
the My Taks view for users. I add the task to the project, I assign the
resource to the task and publish the project. Next when they go to the My
Tasks view, the view is not loading anymore. As soon as I remove the resource
from the taks, the My Tasks view comes back and works ok. I have compared the
task with other tasks in the project where they are ssigned to, and I can't
see anything different. Is there something specific I should check about
those tasks? Has anybody seen this behavior before?

This is Project Server 2007 specific.

It certainly is Project Server 2007 Specific. The grid objects in 2003 never
behaved as badly as this web part does when it encounters corrupted
assignment records! If you can identify the troublesome plans, you're most
of the way to solving the problem. Simply save your plans as XML files to
your hard drive, then delete the original from the server leaving the
SharePoint site intact if you have content to preserve, and then import the
plan back to the server.
