Certain record in one Report Page

Would like to find out whether is it possible for me to
set on how many records maximum I want to have in one
report page. For example I have total of 5 records to be
printed and actually all 5 records can be fit into 1 page,
but I only want to have 2 records in a page. Hence, when I
print out my report I havee have 3 pages instead of 1. If
this can be done, can you please provide me with the
solution.
