Certificate of Authenticity

I bought a laptop back in February, and as of today, it doesn't allow me to
use any of my Office programs (Word, Power Point, etc.) because it says my
Certificate of Authenticity is not a valid product code. I don't really
understand what the problem is- I have made sure I'm putting the right
numbers in over and over again, but I don't know what to do because I need
those programs. Any ideas?

Where did you get the numbers? If from a sticker on the computer, then the
numbers are for Windows not Office. The Office numbers should either be on
a piece of paper packaged with the CDs or a sticker on the Office CD case.
If you cannot find, try calling your OEM support.
