Certificate template or wizard

Hello,

I'm writing because my boss is frustrated...

He believes there should have been a template or wizard installed with his
MS Office 2000 Pro which covers the creation of awards certificates in Word
(like a teacher would give to a student).

I've not found any mention of such a template or wizard.

Is there one native to MS Office 2000, or more specifically to Word?
