Consultant will provide services for 40 hours a week to accommodate the
following business needs as prioritized by

Support (60%)

· Management of support queue (75 – 100 Trouble Tickets (TT) and
5-10 Change Requests (CR) per month) for MSPS and ProChain.

· Resolution of TTs and CRs as per established SEST Standard Service
Offerings

· Implementation configuration based on business partner requirements

· SME problem resolution with vendor (Microsoft or ProChain)
involvement, if required

· Management of both application and database layers

· SME support for analysis services

· Design, develop and execute manager reports for data stored in MS
Project Server

· SME management of Windows server infrastructure

· SME lifecycle management of MSPS, ProChain software (patching,
upgrades, migration, retirement)

· User access control (creation, deletion, etc.)

· Back up and Disaster Recovery services for tools

· Provision and maintenance of common and supported software
installation package which enables mass distribution to the population of
users

· Problem management analysis to be conducted against significant
technical issues and resolutions



Quality (20%)

· Contribute content, review documents related to validation activities
for MSPS and ProChain

· Participate in Periodic Quality Review of MSPS and ProChain

· Test planning and execution for new patches, hot fixes, service packs
and releases

Consultation (20%)

· Advanced level help to customers using MSPS and ProChain

· Creation of Project-related tools/aids (such as macros)

· Conducting training and presentations on the project management tools
