Hi all,
My goal is to be able to make a distribution list easily when someone
sends me an email with a lot of people in the "To" or "CC" fields. I am
using gmail accounts through IMAP for Outlook 2007.
I try and follow the Outlook help instructions, which tell me to copy
and paste from these fields into the distribution list. However,
because Outlook usually only displays the name and not the email
address, it doesn't recognize an address when I copy and paste.
I found these very helpful Slipstick instructions through a google
search and was able to follow them
http://www.slipstick.com/exs/customfields.htm to fix my Outlook display
the sender's email address.
My question: I am wondering if there is a similar fix for the CC and
To fields?
Thanks!
Laura
