Chain linked "1 to Many" relationships

I want to design my tables to have the following ER:
RMA Header--------------->RMA Details------------>Repair Details
Each one of the 2 above ER will be "1 to Many". The tables will be tied to
form/subform for both of the realthinships.
The RMA details will be subform on one case and will a parent form in
another..
Does Access 2003 supports this?

yes. make sure you set the relationships up correctly in the Relationships
window, and enforce Referential Integrity.

Yes; in fact (not that I'd ever want to!) you can nest subforms nine
deep. There's nothing whatsoever wrong with having a form with two
subforms, or separate forms both using the same table in different
ways.
