There is no built-in way to do this, and in fact there's no practical way to
do it. You can't use BorderArt for text box borders, and, even if you could,
you can't create new BorderArt in Word (you can in Publisher). So the only
way to surround text with your name is to put a skinny text box on each side
with the desired text in it (with changed text direction in the ones on the
sides). Word is just not the right application for this type of function.
