change 1/16 inch increment?

When I insert a table into a textbox, I want to more accurately alig
the edges of my table to match a picture of a form I've inserted. I
seems like I can only drag the edges of the table in 1/16 inc
increments. Can I change this like to 1/64 inch so I can mor
accurately align my tables to my existing picture?
