Change a text type to hyperlink for email not for explorer

Dear Folks,

I have had a database, and i insert a table from another database. one

of the fields was emails but the have had the text format. There is

anyway that i can change them to hyperlinks and each time i am gonna

hit on them, the link should open the mail from the microsoft outlook
