change access database password (Plz Help)

Hi!

assuming user has exclusive access to my database,Is there any code
available to use it for programatically set/unset or changing password of an
MS access database?
if that thing possible i can design a form with my own preferences which
allows user to do that rather than going to traditional MS access set or
unset database password option.
I appreciate for any help
