Change addressee in an existing Outlook Form?

I have an existing Outlook form that is used for Task Requests. It is a .OFT
format file at the moment. I have taken ownership of the form and I am trying
to edit it to change the addressee to myself (the former owner is no longer
with our company). No matter what I try, when I publish or attempt to save or
use the form, the addressee reverts back to the former owner of the form. I
have editted all fields in the form that point to the previous owner but this
seems to not change anything, when the form is used or published it reverts
back to the original owner as the addressee. Help!
I am a neophyte at making or using these forms so please make your
answers/suggestions as clear and simple as possible.
