Change Admin Setup location

Our users currently have Office installed from an
Administrative Installation off of a network share.

The server hosting that share will soon be taken down and
scrubbed. I'd like to move the share to a new spot and
change our users' computers to point their Office install
to the new network share. I found KBA 267362 and I'll use
that if I must, but the KBA specifically states that the
old server location is still held in the registry and will
be tried if the new server location is unavailable. Since
the old server location is going away I'd rather have
another solution.

An old employee (who's not here anymore, darn it!) found a
way to change the source location for an Office install
using some Setup switches (something like setup.exe /fmv
<path>\data1.msi), but he's gone and I can't find any
documentation that he left about this. Does anybody have
any ideas?
