Change administrator account

I need to change the administrator account under which Project Server runs. I
have tried to use the PSCOMPLUS.exe but nothing changes. How can I change
this account?

I'm not sure, but I guess PSCOMPLUS.exe is used by change the password from
MSPProjectServerUser who conect the SQL with ProjectServer,and tha
Administrator account can't change the name, only the password.
