Change arrow snapping?

I want to place the start and end of my arrows more accurately - the default
snapping increment is too coarse - can I decrease it?

Yes, the snapping increment can be changed. If your Drawing toolbar is not
visible, display by clicking on View | Toolbars | Drawing. On the Drawing
toolbar, click on Draw | Grid, and change the increment to whatever you want.
You can also temporarily turn off "snap to grid" by pressing the Alt key
while you drag with the mouse.
