Change background color of a cell in datasheet view

Hi, guys
I have five different subforms in a main MS Access Form.
I need to change the background color of a certain cell on the subforms
accordingly while it is being updated based on a pre-defined condition.

I know forms in continuous view can do it easily. But I cannot switch all
subforms to continuous view as I'm not allowed to do so.

All those subforms are in datasheet view.
Is anyone know how to use VBA to change its cell's color dynamically.
Any solution will help.
