change background pattern in a form

I need to know how to change the background pattern of a form. A pattern was
selected when designing the form, but we want to pick a plain background.
How can I change the pattern?

Open your form in design mode.
Open the properties form.
Scroll down the list of form properties and locate the one entitled 'Picture'

If you want to remove it completly, simply delete this property. Otherwise,
click on the ... button that will appear to the right of the Picture control
and go select the new image to use.

HAve tried doing what you suggested and deleting the file location. But the
file location keeps coming back. Have tried typing (none) as well and access
does not accept this. is there something i am doing wrong. I am using
access 2003

Andrew,

The picture may be being set in the Forms code module. You will want to
look at the On_Open or the On_Load event to see if that is the case.

Have looked through the Forms Code Module and nothing there.

What i mean is i can find it in the Form Properties Box and then delete the
file name out but when i tab to the next option it reappears.

Andrew,

To get to Form Properties...

1. Go to Design View
2. Press the Properties button on the Toolbar at the top (if it doesn't
come up once in Design View)
3. Look for the line the has Picture and delete anything there.
