Change bar text colour in MSP2007

Running in an enterprise environment based on Project Server 2007, I need to
change the apperance of the following in MSP:

In certain views, the colour code for the text corresponding to certain
types of graphical elements in the Gantt side of the view need to be changed
to another than the default colour. All the relevant text elements have that
in common, that they are all positioned over the graphical element.

It is important that the colour code used for the same elements in the table
side of the view is not changed in the proces.

I need to apply the above change to predefined elements e.g. tasks and
milestones as well as customised elements.

Lars,
I'm afraid that it's not possible : all the bar text colour on the left side
of the bar will have the same colour, all the bar text colour on the right
side will have the same colour... even in VBA.

If it is not possible to use a different colur for the various text elements
surrounding a graphical element such as e.g. a bar, is it then possible to
apply a specific colour for all bar text at the same time as another colour
is applied to all text in the table side of a gantt view?
