Change Calendar Layout

Is it possible to change the mounthly calendar layout to
start on SUN as the first day in the week and ending on
SAT? Like a normal calendar.

Try uncompressing the weekend days first. While in the calendar go to the
View menu > Current view > Customize current view > Other Settings. If
you're using OL2003 add the Arrange By submenu into the path above (View
menu > Arrange By >.....)
