Change calendar to show week 1 for 1/1/2008 ?

How to change week numbers in calendar ? I prefer 1st of Jan. 2008 to be
week n°1 instead of 53 ...

Got a version for that Outlook? What do you have specified as the first
week of the year on Tools>Options>Calendar Options?

Version is 2003 - I had first full week as settings - changed it to 1st of
Jan and that did the trick for me. Thanks for your help.
