Change calendar view for large monitor?

I was lucky enough to recently get a 30" monitor. I know that won't get
me a lot of sympathy from anyone, but when I use the Entourage calendar
it really doesn't make use of the vertical real estate I have now. Is
there any way to change the calendar to display in 15 minute increments
rather than the default 30? I've looked around and can't find one. This
option does exist on Outlook for Windows, although it is kind of
buried.

No such option in Entourage, I'm sorry to say.
