Hi all
My office uses recurring appointments to signify weekly/bi-weekly tasks. In
Outlook 2003 we were able to colorize a single occurrence of a recurring
series by changing the category. This was our way of showing which "tasks"
had been completed. Is there a way to achieve this in Outlook 2007. So far I
keep getting an error saying that categories can only be applied to a series.
As a note, I realize we could use the task manager for this but we really
prefer to use the calendar. Along with the colorizing/categorizing we also
put the date and initials after the title but giving it a color makes it easy
to see at a glance what still needs to be done.
Thanks
