I'm having problem changing a cell containing date, to text format without
converting the date into number. For example, an existing cell containing
12/10/2003 in date format, to be converted to a cell in text format but the
cell content must now retain 12/10/2003 as a text.
Other than re-typing the figures in as text in a blank text-formatted cell,
all other methods involving copy and paste in any order just don't seem to
work. Using Excel, OfficeXP version. Thanks for any suggestions.
