Change color of author in track changes when reviewer name anonymo

Hello. I am working with a document where the document creator has made the
track changes - reviewer names anonymous by removing Document Properties and
Personal Information.
I would like to make my changes a different color from the original document
author, but they keep saving in the same color as the original author.
Is there a way to change the reviewer name once someone has removing the
Personal Information.
