There is a person who sends me messages that are maroon in my inbox. I did
not set up a rule to change them and have tried unsuccessfully to create a
rule to have them changed to normal black (or any other color). No matter
what I do this person's mail stays maroon.... I am frustrated, and annoyed
at the arrogance that they think their message deserves special attention in
my inbox, but more importantly am concerned that others will start to
"hijack" my carefully balanced color and folder organization scheme. How do
I prevent my inbox from being a rainbow of colors that OTHERS have chosen
instead of what I want them to be??? I have an Exchange 2003 server and use
Outlook 2007 on Vista. Please help!
