Change color of individual hiloline points in a series

Is it possible to have different color hilolines for different points in an
Excel chart series, in particular a stock series?

All high-low lines in a series are formatted together. You would have to
rely on a different trick to color one line. Perhaps a two-point XY series,
with the points at the same X value and the high and low as Y values.
Similar to this trick, but with the line segment not stretching the entire
height of the chart:
