I want to delete the color patches at the bottom of the Colors Pallette and replace them with new ones, but I can't seem to delete the existing ones. Can anyone advise me please?

Thanks everyone

Hi roy,

If I am guessing correctly, you can try Format > Color Scheme and click
on the Custom tab.

Hi Roy -

Jim's suggestion will allow you to both change the Slide Color Scheme as
well as create your own on the Custom page of that dialog. There you can
swap the colors used for specific purposes within the Scheme.

I get the impression, however, that you're actually looking for something
other than that, but it isn't clear... By "Colors Palette" are you referring
to the dialog you get into if you use the Fill Color, Line Color or Font
Color button lists & select More ___ Colors... ? If so, I don't know of any
way to actually "delete" a Custom Color once it's been added to the
swatches. What you can do, however, is *replace* it by dragging a different
color to the same swatch position in the grid.

BTW - If your question is prompted by the fact that the swatches grid
appears to be "filled up" by colors other than what you want, are you aware
that the Swatches grid can be expanded to store as many as 150 (15 columns
x10 rows) custom colors? It's designed so you don't have to guess at, track
down or "recreate" the colors you most frequently use. Grab the 'dot' at the
bottom edge of the grid & drag it to reveal the additional rows.
