Change column's name in the grid

Hello everybody....
I work with Project Server, but I have a problem. My chief wants to change
column's name in the grid, for example % work completed by advance... and
other fields in Tasks in Project Web Access.

Please, can you help me!

Carla:

The only fields whose names you can change are custom enterprise fields. A
workaround for this is to create a custom field that references the one you
want to rename. This works well for displaying information, but you can't
change the names of the standard fields in displays where information is
entered.
