Change default files as

By default, Outlook (me ver is XP) files contacts as Last Name, First Name.
Is there a way to change this default? Thanks

For existing Contacts or new Contacts?
For the former, you'd have to use code.
For the latter, just change the settings in Tools > Options > Preferences >
