change default follow up 'intensity' office 2007

I know you can't change the color of flags (a bad removal in my opinion,
although categories are helpful) However it drives me absolutely crazy that
the flag color for 'no date' is the same as TODAY. i'd like it be less red,
like the flags for 'next week'.

any ideas?

You can't change the flag color or shading.
