Change default for Text Wrapping and Cell Alignment in Word

WHello,
1. Is there any way to change the default text wrap setting for inserted
objects in Word. I want mine to be behind text instead of in-line with text
(the current default)

2. Is there any way to change the default Cell Alignment on a new sheet of
labels in Word. When a new sheet of labels opens the cell alignment is Left
Top I want it to be Center Center.

Both can be done, but *exactly how* depends to a certain extent on what
version of Word you're using - a detail you neglected to include

The source of your message suggests that you aren't using a Mac even though
you've posted to the Mac Word news group. If you are using a Mac please
reply with all pertinent details. If using a PC you'll find the Windows
