Is there a way to change the "Compress Pictures Settings" or the predifined
"Resize Settings"? I would like to know if it is possible to change the
defaults, including the fact that "Compress Pictures for Web pages" chooses
the "Predefined width x height" to "Web Small" size, instead of the "Web
Large."

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

You may want to also post this in the Powerpoint newsgroup.
Picture Manager comes under the same team as Powerpoint at
Microsoft and some of the dev folks hang about in the Powerpoint
group from time to time :)
