Change default language for multiple users

Hi,

We have a PC environment consisting of a mix of thin clients using
Citrix and workstations with Windows XP, and want to know if there is a
way to change the default language in Microsoft Word for all users to
English (Australian)?
Looking forward to getting some feedback.
